Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours.
All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday. Orders are carefully gift wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our SugaPlum box with a bag! To ensure your order arrives in top condition. (One gift box per order)
Underwear return and exchange policy
Returns of new and unused items are accepted within 10 days of package’s receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item as soon as we receive the merchandise in saleable condition, all labels should be intact. Please contact us for enquiries about returns. In the interest of hygiene all knickers, briefs and shorts can not be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your legal rights.
PROOF OF POSTAGE MUST BE OBTAINED AT TIME OF POSTAGE AS SUGAPLUM SHOP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING POST.
