Underwear return and exchange policy
Returns of new and unused items are accepted within 10 days of package’s receipt.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned item as soon as we receive the merchandise in saleable condition, all labels should be intact. Please contact us for enquiries about returns.
In the interest of hygiene all knickers, briefs and shorts can not be exchanged or refunded.
This does not affect your legal rights.

Care instructions for washing underwear
Thank you for purchasing underwear from SugaPlum Shop, the home for all your teen undies. To help keep your underwear looking newer for longer we suggest the following tips:
Hand wash your underwear and pull underwear to shape after washing, if you must use a washing machine (we recommended you don't) use a cold cycle and avoid using a spin cycle Wash all dark colours separately, Flat dry and avoid tumbler dying.
